Fasting is often used successfully as a way to reduce weight and improve your health, but if you are suffering from stress, should you be fasting?
It is recommended thatf asting should never be used by those under a lot of stress as it will call on the adrenals to produce glucocorticoids to maintain a level of blood glucose, thus resulting in further overuse of the adrenals.
