These are not pre-recorded sessions. Every workout is coached in real time via video, so we train together exactly as if I were standing next to you on the gym floor.

 

 

How it works:

✔ 1:1 live video coaching sessions (FaceTime-style)

✔ 30-minute coached sessions, twice per week

✔ I coach you live while watching your movement, technique, and execution

✔ Real-time feedback to ensure exercises are done safely, correctly, and effectively

✔ Train at home or in any gym—your location doesn’t matter

Led by Sports Performance specialist Chris Birch, this programme uses a complete, science-backed performance system combining expert coaching, golf-specific fitness, personalised nutrition, and data-driven insights to help golfers of all levels move better, swing faster, and play more consistently.
