Achieving the ultimate result through strength and conditioning training is Chris' passion at The Gym Academy. Since childhood Chris has been into sport,which encouraged him to apply his knowledge through studying and obtaining a Sport and Exercise Science degree. This put him in a good position to make his career in fitness, health and personal training, areas in which he continues to study to expand and deepen his knowledge, taking the opportunity to apply the latest understanding and techniques with his clients at The Gym Academy.
Chris is supremely confident in his ability to build and deliver a programme that will allow you to achieve your desired goal.

Kate has been surrounded by fitness all her life, growing up with a mother who is a personal trainer
and Pilates expert. A county level lacrosse player, she started weight training ten years ago.
Noticing the dramatic impact it had on her own body shape she realised it was the best way to
increase fitness, fat loss, rehabilitation, and muscle tone. This motivated her to continuously educate
herself about strength conditioning training and nutrition, knowledge which she brings to her clients
at The Gym Academy on a daily basis.
Thriving on the progress of people who have struggled to make exercise and healthy eating a part of their lives, Kate educates her clients to make better choices with food, which enables them to keep their body the strongest, fittest and healthiest it can be both inside and out, mind and body.
Kate will provide you with the tools and support to make realistic changes. She believes that exercise should be enjoyable especially with someone there to spur you on and encourage you to push yourself towards your own personal goals.
