How Much Water is in Your Body?

At the Gym Academy we are about the whole body training not just the fitness. What you put inside it is as important as how it looks. This is a key part of our training advice when you sign up for monthly TGA membership.

This chart is a great way to illustrate how important it is to stay hydrated. With your body made up of over 65% water, you can't train unless you are properly hydrated. Those muscles are 79%, showing how important hydration is!

Water is so important for all aspects of life. When training it is key to stay hydrated, but water is essential for everything you do. So keep training and stay hydrated whatever you are doing.
