How Hydrated are You?

We all know it's important to stay hydrated, especially when you are training, but did you know that there were lots of other health issues too? Migraines, kidney issues and even constipation can all be symptoms of lack of adequate hydration.


Don't forget that you body is made up of 2/3 water, make sure it stays that way!
